We’re new! While the idea had been bouncing around for a while, we were officially founded by Rick Joi in May of 2023.
Through our blog, speaking to HR groups, the @workiversary twitter account, and our upcoming book, we offer educational content that can help anyone make work anniversaries better at their organization.
While we love sharing free education, our core focus is a software product that uses the caring and insight of an employee’s colleagues to provide a phenomenal work anniversary experience that’s far less expensive than what’s provided by current work anniversary vendors.
We are proudly based in beautiful Lancaster, PA — the new Brooklyn and a “hive of culinary diversity”!
